Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of services provided by CalnetCorp Pty Ltd (ABN 55 697 522 204), of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia ("we", "us", "CalnetCorp"). By starting a build, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you're entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, partnership, or other entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity.
The short version. We build a one-page website for $2,499 AUD, delivered in one business day. $0 is charged today; we only charge the card on file after you've approved the finished page. If we miss the deadline or you don't approve it, you owe nothing for the build. Year 1 of hosting and unlimited content edits is included; year 2 onward is optional at $99/month.
Digital-product short version. The AI Search Readiness Kit is US$29 once, delivered as a ZIP immediately after payment and by email. It includes a seven-day money-back guarantee, a one-business non-transferable license, email support as described below, and future revisions for the life of the product.
1. The services
We offer the following services:
- Website in a Day — a custom-designed, conversion-optimised one-page website, built and delivered within one business day after you submit your intake form by 5pm AEST. Year 1 of the Foundation Retainer (managed hosting, lead capture, dashboard access, unlimited content edits, monthly analytics, priority email and WhatsApp support) is bundled. Headline price: $2,499 AUD flat, one-time.
- Foundation Retainer (Year 2+) — $99 AUD per month, month-to-month, includes everything in year 1. Cancellable at any time.
- Multi-page websites, growth campaigns, and related services — quoted separately, with their own scope and pricing communicated in writing before work begins.
Digital products — AI Search Readiness Kit
This section applies specifically to the AI Search Readiness Kit (the “Kit”). If it conflicts with a general service term elsewhere on this page, this section controls for the Kit.
Product, price and delivery
The Kit is a downloadable digital product sold for a base purchase price of US$29, one time. It is not a subscription. Stripe may present and charge the equivalent in your local currency. The final amount and currency are shown in Stripe Checkout before you confirm payment.
After successful payment, the Kit is delivered as AI-Search-Readiness-Kit.zip through a download button on the order-confirmation (“thanks”) page. We also send the same gated download link to the email address supplied at checkout. You are responsible for entering a working email address and keeping the receipt and download link secure. If delivery fails, email cal@calnetcorp.com.au from the purchase email address and we will restore access after verifying the order.
One-business license
Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant the purchasing business a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license for one business to download, store, use and adapt the Kit for that business's own internal operations and website. The buyer's employees and contractors may use the Kit solely for that licensed business. Agencies, consultants, franchise groups and other multi-client operators need a separate license for each client or business unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Restrictions and ownership
You must not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly post, upload to a public or shared template library, or provide the Kit or any substantial part of it to another business or person. You must not share the download link outside the licensed business or use one purchase to service multiple clients or entities.
CalnetCorp retains ownership of the Kit and its templates, prompts, scorecard structure, scoring framework, playbooks, written guidance, design, branding and other underlying intellectual property. Your license does not transfer that ownership. You retain ownership of your pre-existing business information and may use business-specific content you create by completing or adapting the templates for the licensed business.
Spreadsheet compatibility
The scorecard is supplied as an .xlsx workbook designed for current versions of Microsoft Excel, import into Google Sheets, and current versions of Apple Numbers. Exact fonts, spacing, dropdown appearance, conditional formatting and formula results may vary between applications, operating systems, mobile devices and older software versions. We do not promise compatibility with every historical version, third-party spreadsheet editor, browser extension or accessibility tool. The accompanying PDF, Markdown and text files require ordinary compatible readers.
Included support
Included support covers download or access problems for as long as we continue to distribute the Kit, plus reasonable questions about opening and using the supplied files for 30 days after purchase. Email cal@calnetcorp.com.au; we normally reply within two business days. Support does not include a site-specific audit, implementation, customization, developer work, legal or professional advice, training in third-party software, or a guarantee that a third-party application will reproduce every visual detail.
Future updates
Your purchase includes future revisions to the Kit at no additional charge for the life of the product. While the Kit remains offered and hosted by CalnetCorp, the original gated link will fetch the latest available edition. “Lifetime” refers to the commercial life of the Kit, not the lifetime of an individual or business, and does not promise a particular feature, release date or update frequency. We currently review the Kit quarterly. Keep a local copy of each edition you rely on.
Seven-day money-back guarantee
If the Kit is not useful to you, request a full refund within seven calendar days after payment by replying to the delivery/receipt email or emailing cal@calnetcorp.com.au from the purchase email address. Include the purchaser email and, if available, the Stripe receipt or order reference. No reason is required. We will initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within five business days; Stripe and your financial institution control when the funds appear in your account.
After a change-of-mind refund, the license ends and you must delete the Kit and stop using its templates. This voluntary guarantee is additional to, and does not limit, any non-excludable consumer guarantee, refund right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.
No outcome guarantee
The Kit is educational and diagnostic. It does not guarantee search rankings, AI citations or recommendations, traffic, leads, customers, revenue, profit or any other business outcome. Search and AI systems change, and results depend on factors outside our control. You remain responsible for deciding which recommendations to implement and for checking the advertising, licensing and professional rules that apply to your industry and location.
Taxes and payment processing
Stripe processes the payment on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe may use your billing location to calculate applicable sales tax, GST or VAT and may use Adaptive Pricing to present a local-currency amount. The Kit's price is tax-inclusive where Stripe calculates tax: any tax collected is included in the total shown before payment rather than added after confirmation. Stripe may issue the tax invoice or receipt separately. You remain responsible for your own accounting, tax treatment and any bank or card-provider charges.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. In Australia, goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the failure and applicable law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, resupply, cancellation, refund, compensation for reduced value, or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. These rights may continue beyond the seven-day voluntary guarantee.
2. Payment
Pricing
Unless a product page or written quote states otherwise, service prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are GST-inclusive. The AI Search Readiness Kit is priced and taxed as described in the digital-product section above.
Card on file
When you click Start my build, you'll be taken to Stripe's secure checkout page to provide a payment method. No money is charged at that time. Stripe stores your card against a setup intent so we can charge it later, only after you approve the finished page.
When we charge
We charge the $2,499 build fee to your stored card the moment you click Approve & pay on your private review page (/build?token=…). If you request changes, the page is returned to draft, and we re-present it for review — no charge occurs until you approve.
If you don't approve
If you don't approve the page within 7 days of preview-ready notification, or if you explicitly request cancellation before approving, no build fee is charged. The card-on-file authorisation lapses naturally — there's no refund process because nothing was charged.
Year 2+ retainer
If you choose to continue the Foundation Retainer past year 1, $99 AUD is charged monthly to the card on file (or a card you provide separately for the retainer) on the anniversary of your build date. You can cancel by emailing build@calnetcorp.com.au at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds & chargebacks
The Kit's seven-day guarantee and refund process are set out in the digital-product section above. For website services, because we don't charge until you approve, refunds are rare. If you believe a service charge was applied in error, contact us at build@calnetcorp.com.au within 14 days and we'll investigate. We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue promptly; this request does not limit any right you have with your card issuer or under applicable law. We retain approval, delivery and communication records and may provide them when responding to a disputed charge.
3. The build process
Intake
After you put a card on file, you complete a 16-question intake form. You must submit the intake within 48 hours, or your build slot is released and reopened to others. (Your card on file remains active until you re-engage or expressly cancel.)
Build & preview
If your intake is submitted by 5pm AEST on a business day (Mon–Fri), we'll deliver a preview link to your inbox by the next business morning. The preview link is private to you — please don't share it publicly.
Review window
You have 7 days from preview-ready notification to review, request changes, or approve. We send reminders at 24 hours, 6 days, and 7 days minus 6 hours. If 7 days elapse with no approval and no requested changes, the build is marked expired and your card-on-file authorisation lapses.
Revisions
The base offer includes up to 2 rounds of revisions before approval. After you approve and pay, you receive unlimited content edits as part of the Foundation Retainer — copy changes, image swaps, new sections, colour adjustments — at no additional cost. We reserve the right to scope additional pre-approval rounds separately if requested changes amount to a redesign rather than refinement.
4. Guarantee — "Live tomorrow, or it's free"
We promise to deliver a preview link by the next business morning after intake submission, provided you submit by 5pm AEST. If we miss that deadline:
- You owe nothing — no build fee, no retainer fee, no charges of any kind.
- You keep any work product we've produced up to that point.
The guarantee is null if the delay is caused by your delay in providing intake materials, failure to respond to clarifying questions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events, internet outages affecting our infrastructure, etc.).
5. Your responsibilities
To get the most from the service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate intake information — including business name, services, pricing, contact details, and any other materials you submit via the intake form.
- Hold rights to your assets — by uploading logos, photos, copy, or other materials, you warrant that you own them or have the right to use them. You indemnify us against claims of third-party infringement arising from materials you provide.
- Review and respond within the 7-day window — either approving the build, requesting changes, or telling us you no longer want to proceed.
- Keep your contact info current — so we can reach you for clarifications, preview links, and delivery notifications.
6. Intellectual property
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you provide (logos, photos, copy, brand assets, etc.). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content for the sole purpose of building and operating your website.
The finished website
Upon successful payment of the build fee, you receive a full ownership transfer of the finished website source code, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images we created or sourced specifically for your build, and any custom configuration. You may download the source code from your CalnetCorp Dashboard at any time and host it elsewhere. There are no ongoing licensing fees.
Our reusable framework
Some components in your build — design system primitives, reusable widgets, our build tooling, our SOPs and internal templates — are part of our broader framework that we use across many client builds. You receive a licence to use these as part of your finished site, but the framework itself remains our intellectual property and we can use it for other clients.
Showcase rights
We reserve the right to feature your finished site as part of our portfolio (screenshots, links from our website, case studies) unless you specifically opt out in writing. Sensitive business details, customer lead data, and internal dashboard contents are never shared.
7. Hosting & lead capture
Managed hosting
While on the Foundation Retainer, we host your site on managed infrastructure with SSL, CDN, automated backups, and 99.9% uptime targeting. Hosting is provided via Vercel (frontend) and DigitalOcean (backend/database where applicable) — third-party services subject to their own terms.
Lead capture forms
Your delivered site includes a lead capture form. Submissions are routed to your specified email (and optionally SMS via Twilio). You are the data controller for leads collected via your site — you're responsible for publishing your own privacy notice covering lead data, and for complying with applicable laws regarding marketing communications to those leads.
Self-hosting (after year 1)
If you choose to self-host after year 1, you can download the source code from your dashboard and migrate to any host. We'll provide reasonable assistance with the migration (DNS pointing, source export) at no charge. We don't migrate or maintain databases of lead data for self-hosted instances — that's your responsibility once you take over hosting.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use our services to build, host, or operate websites that:
- Promote illegal activity, violence, hate speech, or harassment
- Distribute malware, phishing kits, or fraudulent content
- Infringe third-party intellectual property
- Violate Australian Consumer Law, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), or other applicable Australian or local laws
- Operate as an unregistered financial service, unregulated medical service, or other licensed activity without appropriate licensing
If we discover or are notified of such use, we may suspend or terminate the service immediately, with notice to you. No refund applies in cases of acceptable-use breach.
9. Privacy
How we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms or our services is limited to the total amount you've paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, or loss of data — except where prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy implied by, or imposed under, the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or other applicable consumer protection laws, where to do so would be unlawful.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Materials you provide (claims of infringement, defamation, or unlawful content)
- Your use of the website we built for you in ways that breach applicable law
- Lead data, customer data, or other personal information collected through your delivered website
Your aggregate indemnity obligations under this clause are capped at the total amount you've paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, matching the liability ceiling in clause 10.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement (your intake details, our pricing breakdowns, our internal processes). This obligation survives termination of the engagement for 2 years. Standard exclusions apply (information that becomes public through no fault of the recipient, information already known, legally required disclosure).
13. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, large-scale internet outages, pandemics, third-party service failures (Stripe, Vercel, DigitalOcean, Google, Meta), or labour disputes.
14. Termination
You may terminate the engagement at any time by emailing build@calnetcorp.com.au. If you terminate before approving the build, no build fee is charged. If you terminate after approving, you've paid for and own the finished site; the Foundation Retainer can be separately cancelled.
We may terminate the engagement immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay an invoice that's due (year 2+ retainer), or use the service in violation of our acceptable use policy.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland for disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms. This choice of law and forum does not exclude mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence, or prevent you from bringing a claim in another forum where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.
16. Disputes
Before commencing a formal dispute, please email build@calnetcorp.com.au for a website-service issue or cal@calnetcorp.com.au for a Kit issue and give us 14 days to respond and attempt informal resolution. This step does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief, using an applicable small-claims process, contacting a regulator or consumer-protection body, or exercising a non-waivable right with a payment provider.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to existing customers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
